1. Information We Collect

• Information you submit: name, phone number, email address, service address, service type, urgency, contact preference, and any details you include in lead or booking forms.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Collected via standard server logs and the analytics tools described below.

2. Service Providers We Use

We disclose the specific third parties that process data on our behalf so you can review their privacy policies:

• Replit, Inc. — hosting & infrastructure. Our website and lead-intake API are hosted on Replit. Standard request metadata (IP, user agent, request path, timestamps) is processed by Replit to serve the site. See replit.com/site/privacy.
• Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — analytics. When enabled, GA4 collects pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, events such as phone-call clicks and form submissions) to help us improve the site. IP anonymization is enabled where supported. See policies.google.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email. When you submit a lead or booking form, the contents (name, phone, email, address, service details) are transmitted to Resend so we can be notified by email and reply to you. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Twilio — SMS notifications. If you check the SMS opt-in box on a form, we share your name and phone number with Twilio so we can text you appointment confirmations and dispatch updates. See twilio.com/legal/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any party outside the providers listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to service requests, schedule appointments, and provide estimates.
• Send transactional email and (with your opt-in) SMS updates about your job.
• Improve the website's content, performance, and conversion paths.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and warranty obligations.

4. SMS Communications & TCPA Compliance

SMS messages are strictly transactional and are sent only after you check the explicit opt-in box on a form. Message frequency varies by job. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

5. Cookies & Analytics Choices

We use a small number of first-party cookies for site functionality and, when enabled, GA4 cookies for analytics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use a privacy extension to disable GTM.

6. Data Retention

Lead form submissions are retained for up to 36 months for warranty, scheduling, and accounting purposes, then deleted. Server logs are retained per Replit's standard hosting retention. Analytics data follows GA4's default 14-month retention.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@priscillasplumbing.com. Florida residents and residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honor on request.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
