Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of priscillasplumbing.com and any service requested through the site. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

Priscilla's Plumbing is a Florida-licensed plumbing contractor (License CFC1432961) headquartered at 4236 NE 6 Avenue, Oakland Park, FL 33334, serving Broward County as a woman-owned, family-run business.

2. Online Estimates & Scheduling

Pricing, availability, and timelines presented on this site are good-faith estimates only and become binding only after on-site inspection and a written work authorization signed by you. We reserve the right to revise estimates after physical inspection of the property and the conditions of the job.

3. Service Guarantee & Warranty

  • Workmanship warranty. We warranty our labor for one (1) year from the date of completion against defects in workmanship under normal use.
  • Parts warranty. Manufacturer warranties on installed parts and fixtures pass through to you. We will provide documentation on request.
  • Exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering by others, acts of God, building movement, pre-existing defects outside the scope of work, or normal wear and tear.
  • Claims. To make a warranty claim, call (954) 982-6244 or email support@priscillasplumbing.com with your job date, address, and a description of the issue.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be charged 1.5% monthly interest, the maximum allowed under Florida law. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees on past-due accounts.

5. Cancellation & Reschedule

Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a dispatch fee. Same-day emergency dispatches are non-refundable once a technician is en route.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when submitting forms.
  • Provide safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Disclose known hazards (asbestos, mold, pets, structural issues, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, photos, graphics, the Priscilla's Plumbing name and logo — is the property of Priscilla's Plumbing or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or accuracy of any pricing, article, or third-party link.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. On-site service work is governed by the separate work authorization signed at the job; nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under Florida law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Priscilla's Plumbing harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt good- faith resolution by writing to support@priscillasplumbing.com and allowing 30 days to respond. If informal resolution fails, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. Each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
